1. Unsupported files
If we cannot process your file (unsupported ECU, corrupted or incomplete read), you will not be charged, or you will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel for a full refund any time before we start work on your file. Once work has started, cancellation is not available.
3. After delivery
Because each file is a custom digital service, completed orders are non-refundable. If the delivered file does not work as described, contact us within 14 days and we will revise it free of charge. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a refund.
4. Not covered
Refunds are not provided for incorrect vehicle information supplied by you, flashing errors, hardware faults, or changes of mind after delivery.
5. How to request
Email admin@automatedtrucking.org with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
